Adam opens the show to a funny “Pencil” intro from Dawson, Adam is now explaining the context and Greg’s history with pencils.
BB has a classic “Let’s drink some beers and rape” #TopDrop and Adam welcomes Gina to the show, Matt is in studio as well.
Adam is now describing how much good Gilbert Gottfried consumed, he left with a handful of Snickers bars and Adam says that is something is seared into you and BB has a solid Aflac one liner.
BB says he heard Gilbert’s agent mention some food they were going to go get right as they left the studio, Adam is bringing up how kids don’t want to eat their delicious dinners while you’re trying to eat something healthy.
Matt blames that for him being 75lbs overweight, Adam is now explaining how hard it is to resist prepared food “when it’s sitting there” and draws a line between someone perusing an affair vs. it being tossed in your lap.
Hilarious “pussy eating” way too specific example, Matt is now sharing an anecdote about his kids leaving behind half full bags of chips.
Adam is bringing up the Halloween candy the kids come home with and how tempting that is, Adam says they live in a good neighborhood and there is some quality shit in there.
Matt explains how his son doesn’t like the peanut stuff and is very willing to give them to him, Adam is now saying “if you get fat or you get drunk” career killer rule for show business and how every gift you’re given is booze or calorie heavy.
BB is now commenting on the industry specific gift of hard alcohol, BB is in agreement and Gina chimes in with Matt to great effect.

Adam explains he doesn’t get any merit points as he gets these flowers for free, Adam is now telling BB to remind him to tell hi, the ‘Tori Amos Story’ from KROQ.
Adam says “they are the thinking man’s Insane Clown Posse” to describe the enthusiasm of Tori Amos fans, Adam is describing his ex-girlfriend of 20+ years Cynthia?
Adam is telling the story in full of re-gifting Tory’s flowers to his lady and how it backfired on him, he says that if it was reversed and he got something previously owned by Graham Parker it would be even better.
Gina agrees with Adam’s ex as they were somebody else’s flowers and BB is in disbelief.
Adam says he learned a lot that day yet never applied that to any future relationship.
Q and Ace
1st Caller Eric, he was recently listening to Classic Loveline CLL – 498 – 08-26-1997 – Tuesday Night Show and is claiming to be under the impression that Adam played guitar in studio for ‘Hey Joe’ unaware it was a bit, I strongly hinted at the fact it was a gag in the intro, after all these years they’re still tricking people, good stuff!
BB is now getting him to explain it, he’s revealing for the first time he would get Cleto Escobedo from ‘Cleto and the Cletones’ and Jimmy Kimmel Live fame to come in and play the saxophone, every time?
He would also get the Asian dude who plays the lead guitar and another guy on bass, so it wasn’t John’s band members as always presumed, how interesting.
Adam is sharing how they would fake the bit and how great John was with playing along, Adam is now explaining how he would kill it every time with a new instrument.
Eric now feels like an asshole, Adam says it’s a compliment, so for the people who say I “spoil” the shows that simple can’t be true.
Adam is now asking Eric about John’s improv chops, they move on and Eric is very genial.
2nd Caller David, he’s been a big fan since 1998 and has kind words for everyone including “Atchity!” and asks Adam about how he knows when to give up on a side project or give it more time.
“End relationships with bitches that don’t appreciate Tori Amos Flowers” – Adam on what he would hope for most people to be able to do with their own instincts much like when to give up on a business or side project.
Adam is now sharing the story of his daughter leaving her bike out in the rain, Adam is explaining it’s unpleasant to have to have these learning experiences but they’re important to life.
David is telling them about the shirts he gave them and wants to know how to get past the threshold of something popular on Adam’s level, Adam says it’s like asking for “a viral video” as if you can conjure or create that.
Matt knows exactly what he’s talking about and Adam is sharing his “authentic Mexican food vs. shitty Mexican food” theory for starting a business, swing for the fences if you hope to survive.
Gina is now quoting the “If it doesn’t make you money and/or make you happy” line from Adam.

Gary and Adam are having some fun with BB regarding his pitch, they’re now watching a blind guy throw in a pitch and Adam is asking BB about ‘Gaylord Perry’ and making a point about pro athletes who’ve descended the ranks in the NFL and how that explains why he’s never heard of them.

Adam asks if back in the early 1970’s when they were making the intense films of the era they could imagine the modern era of comic book films dominating the industry.
Matt recommends the documentary ‘Easy Riders and Raging Bulls’ after BB comments on the oddness of him finally seeing ‘The Deer Hunter’ and Adam bringing it up out of nowhere.
1st Movie ‘Sherlock Holmes’ (2009)
BB was off by one. Adam saw it on a plane.
2nd Movie ‘Cellular’ (2004)
Matt explains the plot, it’s not bad.
Adam thinks he saw some of it on cable.
Matt tells Gina to stop guessing the same score and Adam mocks her for being surprised about the score of a movie she’s never seen.
3rd Movie ‘Red Dawn’ (2012)
Adam is telling them about the one good part of being on the road and gets sidetracked by BB joking about strange pussy, Adam quotes ‘Naughty By Nature’ and tells them about seeing these kinds of movies to kill afternoons while on the road and bored.
Adam is explaining how Tanner Foust told him how he drove for the cast in the movie, Adam is explaining the very technical way they built a rig for Tanner to drive for them.
Matt now tells them about the similar technique used in ‘Ronin’ with Robert DeNiro.
Matt is telling them about the change of ethnicity in the villains of the film, Adam is now giving Gina some advice.
4th Movie ‘The Island’ (2005)
It’s starting to get close.
5th Movie ‘The Hurt Locker’ (2008)
Adam recuses everyone from this as they’ve discussed this movie’s score on the show, so they skip it.
Someone’s phone keeps getting a single text vibrate alert and it’s being picked up by the mic, it’s the 3rd or 4th time now.
6th Movie ‘Shutter Island’ (2010)
Adam and BB both really liked the movie, Gina not so much.
Adam loved it but feels like it didn’t follow through with the ending, Gary is having BB give his score again.
7th Movie ‘Jackie Brown’ (1997)
Adam says he saw this movie the day it opened, it’s his least favorite Tarantino movie but he still loves it.
Adam goes with a safe bet and BB finishes with a 69.
Adam mocks Gina and the “pill she took to make her brilliant” and she has a funny asshole reply for Adam.
BB is bringing up monitor “burn in” and Gina has a funny literary reference for her experience of winning and now crashing back to reality on a losing streak.

They’re back from break with Greg Fitzsimmons making what must be close to his 50th appearance on the ACS.
They play a ‘Definitely Not a Jew’ and Adam jokes about how he’s still waiting for Alcoa to contact them about the joke of them sponsoring the bit.
Adam plugs Greg’s dates and asks him what he thought about ‘Road Hard’ and the experience of being a road comic.
Greg instead more tells him about his experience of the road without talking about the movie at all.
Adam is now explaining how there needs to be a regulatory committee to go around telling formerly hot women they’re no longer hot and 21 and need to adjust their attitudes.
Adam is mocking the idea of women trying to make their hair bigger as they get older and uglier, Adam jokes about it not being us seeing them form space.
Gina has a hilarious reaction, Adam brings up Kodiak bears and now Adam is joking about them trying to puff themselves up to scare of bears.
Greg is telling them about walking in a park with his daughter that has baboons, Adam jokes about that being a racial slur.
Greg mentions Baltimore and Adam says he’s racist for implying it’s black people, Adam is telling them about the latest update on the Mayweather vs. Pacquiáo fight and what he’s going to do.
He’s talking up the huge deal of it all but reveals he had to bow out yesterday, he blames the audiobook recordings left to do.
Adam says this whole thing began because Adam was supposed to be in Las Vegas already, taping ‘Catch a Contractor’ and Adam explains he did 3 podcasts prior to this episode and will be recording Greg’s show after tonight’s episode.
Greg humbly puts off their recording for closer to the late May release date, Gina brings up Dawson’s offer to come in and get drunk for a late night VO session, Dawson clarifies that offer was just to come in and get loaded, ha!
Greg asks Adam how much sleep he actually needs and he’s so sleep deprived he forgets what they’re talking about, Adam brought the subject up.
Adam is now describing his Classic Loveline nights he would top off with Howard Stern remote broadcasts, BB cites the “Island retreat with Jennifer Aniston to the Addison Texas Improv” story that inspired ‘Road Hard’.
Gina’s News
1st Story is on Councilman Stokes objecting to the term ‘Thug’ and Gina has a video clip of him objecting to it, Adam says he gets pissed when “graffiti artists” is used or when mass shooters get tallied among the victims of their own massacres.
Greg is sharing a short anecdote about Gallagher two/too and now Adam is explaining how thug should be interchangeable among races as it’s used that way.
Adam says the reason this happens every time because every group is trying to warp everything around them and their group, Adam uses the woman who gave him the finger on the road, making herself the victim.
Adam is now using another example of a workplace gripe about someone who works half as hard or as much as you and makes more, BB plays the “uh Young Money, Cash Money” drop from Gary, hmmm.
Adam is now talking about how some people see a cop harassing them as automatically racist instead of what it usually is, Greg asks if Adam has ever been pulled over and handcuffed.
Adam says it’s more a rich vs. poor topic and he’s now making a point about these modern times, he says more white people are harming more white people, black people are harming black people and so on.
Adam is going to the world stage, making a point about Mexico being filled with Mexicans and duffle bags filled with Mexican heads.
Adam is basically saying that we have a rich history of people massacring people of their own skin color, why have we decided this is all due to racism and discrimination.
Adam is talking about the white dude who was pulled off of a horse and tased, Adam says the reason nobody has heard this story is because of his skin color.
Greg’s reactions are amazing, BB has a solid ‘Matrix Reloaded’ reference and Adam is explaining that this guy ran from the cops, basically not listening to cops results in this.
Gary informs Adam that this guy already got a settlement of 650k, Gina is now asking about the historical element of black men fearing police officers due to actions of a bygone era.
Adam is telling them about the time he was arrested at McCarren Airport, they don’t play the video but they are aware it exists.
Adam is telling Greg about the shitty airport cop prick who so badly wanted to criminally assault Adam and used abusive language to try and coerce Adam into saying something so he could then physically assault Adam and lie about the reason he did it.
Adam is telling the story in full detail, being very fair to the complete pile of human waste who doesn’t deserve to exist, Adam describes how he didn’t take the bait and killed the guy with kindness.
Adam is describing the small window where a young black woman saw him and realized who he was, Adam is sharing the part where he didn’t know how or what to tell him he did for a living.
Adam mistakenly identifies the wrong airline, it wasn’t Delta, it’s wasn’t a “divided airline” so to speak, Adam is explaining that he told the guy he was a carpenter when yelled at by the douche.
Adam explains he was banned from the airport for 24hrs and Greg responds to the story by telling them a story of his own, he’s telling them about Joe the bartender.
Adam jokes about Greg using the full names of “Gay Irish Joe” and the other guys from the story, Greg tells them about mouthing off to the cops and getting his face bashed in while the cop held his bangs through the cell bars.
BB brings up ‘Johnny Trouble’ and now they’re riffing about him with Greg.

2nd Story is on Arizona Diamondbacks player Archie Bradley’s drastic injury after taking a line drive to the face, Adam is now talking about how you can’t try to do this, Adam predicts someone in college is going to die with the aluminum bats.
Gina asks why they let them use those bats for college, BB brings up the ‘Real Sports’ episode that addressed this.
Adam is telling them about his other buddy Chris Harden who took a bat to the face after getting his braces off, Adam recommends everyone who gets braces taken off to stay indoors for 72hrs after.
They’re now all talking about baseball, BB brings up the Oriels game played without people in the stands.
Adam is now going on about the Celebrity Dodgers games and how they used to schedule it before the real game and then changed it to after so you could watch the stands empty as you played and had that extra psychological burden.
Greg brings up the time he was set to do a live podcast at Amalfi after the ACS, he describes how the place cleared out like BB had farted.

Adam’s mom is unfit for flowers edition, BB plays the drops from the KLSX ACS where Adam’s mom Chris called in and couldn’t answer a single trivia question anyone who had heard one episode could’ve answered.
