Adam opens the show with tease for the upcoming 7th anniversary and he responds to the “how did you know it was all going to work out?” question and BB opens the show with Gina’s “So you’re Late, You’re a liar and you have diarrhea.”

Adam talks about BB’s recent slide in the Rotten Tomatoes Game and he comments on his only other experience like this, back in the KLSX ACS days he was slowly decreasing in wins at ‘Totally Topical TiVo Trivia’ which ended up corresponding to his brain tumor diagnosis.

Adam is talking to Gina about her excitement to meet Marcus Lemonis, she says she’s missed an episode of his show and Adam talks about how he never wanted to be involved in business as it was painted as evil and done by bad people in boring settings.

 

Matt is commenting on the Hollywood version of business, Adam says it’s akin to the big dumb jocks giving wedgies in movies.

Adam shares how he’s learned over the last few years that business is basically psychology and it’s essentially “here’s what you’d like people to do, that benefits you and hopefully benefits you” and he calls this the “polar bear effect” and mentions camp sites that of course BB mocks, funny.

Adam is back to business and how it works, “hey human being how did someone get you do to that” and he comments on smart water and rockstar energy drink.

Adam says this got dumb people to supply their cash in ample supply.

 

Adam is now riffing about advertising and scrubbing bubbles in advertisements for gasoline additives, BB chimes in and Gina talks about how people care about chefs and food, she thinks business is now primed to become cool and appreciated.

Adam is bringing up the way grunge emanated from hair bands of the 1980’s and comments on the pussification embraced by dentists in the modern age, Adam jokes about wishing he could be darted and have his root canal done while he was unconscious.

Matt is chiming while Adam riffs about being darted and unaware of the work done on him.

 

Adam is commenting on the haves and the Have Not and the dying middle class and that constant narrative now giving way to the modern business an entrepreneurship era, he predicts after enough Bernie Sanders speeches society will snap back the other way.

 

Adam brings up the guys from the other shop Bryan and Andrew who like their hotdogs plain, Matt asks is if that is some kind of code, hilarious!

Adam is talking about their mutual dislike of pie, Adam is saying he found out that Andrew has never tried and Olive, he comments on trying to get Mike August to see ‘The Hateful Eight’ and mocks him reducing dialogue heavy movies to “yap, yap, yap” and he is now sharing an anecdote about trying to get his staff to try some coffee cake.

He was dismayed that they don’t like cake nor pie, Andrew comments on his family’s holiday cake bake off, they both sampled the cake and responded that they weren’t into it, they have a phot of them eating it via the show page link above.

 

BB says he doesn’t like teas of any kind, he keeps trying it every few years just in case he suddenly likes it, Matt says these guys are like 12yr olds.

Adam says they used to do ‘Will Angie Eat It?” and will have to now make a new bit out of Andrew and maybe Bryan.

 

Mangria Moment

Winner Michael, he cooked with it this Christmas, he made an Au Jus and is now telling them about the process.

Adam asks if it cooked away the alcohol and he says he gave it to his kids and they seemed fine, hilarious!

Adam talks about Lynette taking the reins of the Mangria Empire.

 

Adam says people don’t go on walks enough and comments on how it helps, to walk and think and get your ideas out.

Adam says his daughter announced she had just got back from a walk when he got home and wanted to go for one, he comments on Phil taking his bathrobe while he was doing a radio interview this morning and he riffs about the move trying to get him to release it via jaw pressure point.

Gina comments on the video of Adam petting Phil and how obviously in love he is with him, he talks about his love for dogs who swim.

 

Adam shares how Molly hated water and swimming, he would have to pick her up and walk her in the pool, he comments on dogs and how they swim even when being held in place.

Adam says she would go roll in mud after the 3rd time he brought Molly in the pool, he comments on his daughter and how she would lie about “poo-poos” to make Adam put her down as a 2yr old, diabolical for a toddler.

Adam cannot wait to get this new dog Phil into the pool, Adam describes his walk with his daughter and gives a pox one the men who abandon their daughters.

 

Adam is doing a Stripper DJ bit in response to BB’s drop work and he shares how lovey dovey his daughter was that whole day after they took a walk together, all it took was the absence of Sonny for them to bond so deeply.

Adam is back to the damage of an absentee father, Gina asks if Adam is going to slate in some time for him and her to bond more and he of course says no and mentions his assistant.

Adam teases the game, BB says he sued to love it and Adam says he used to love him.

Confusing email with Mike August edition, he comments on the video monitor service that Edward Snowden uses to be in different places than where he’s sequestered, as witnessed on various interviews he’s done.

August wasn’t clear on whether or not Jimmy Kimmel was dark this Friday or if he was doing a show, Matt Atchity brings up the email from KROQ a few weeks ago and ponders if he was to email August what would happen.

Matt talks about letter formatting and learning to write in school.

 

Q and Ace

1st Caller Tom wants Adam to play Devil’s advocate and recommends why people should by Powerball tickets, he comments on how the person who wins will not be happy and wishes a pox on Tom and all people who buy them.

Adam is asking why people are so oppressed with the results and not the method/path to get said results.

Adam says charity and free shit without earning it only hurts people and society.

Gina asks if Adam’s kids make their beds and clean up, Adam says they’re horrible parents and he can’t unring the Bell of financial privilege and unlimited gifts.

Adam talks about his kids being very good people despite their access, he comments on how he can’t be a man who doesn’t own a vending machine but his son does ask if he can use it.

 

Adam says if you buy a Powerball ticket you are essentially admitting you are a lower an coward, it’s like cheating in a marathon and BB has a funny response to Adam’s direct reply to Tom.

Adam is going off on the lottery and how deplorable it is, he says the people who win aren’t supposed to have money and you will fuck your shit up.

Adam says you are where you are supposed to be, you have made it where you are based on your muscles and bones, and he has an interesting take on Aaron Hernandez and his criminal activities while he was succeeding in the NFL.

 

Adam is talking about the guy who doesn’t play the lottery is ironically ready to take care of that 10 million.

 

2nd Caller Brandon, he’s got a compliment for Gina that gets a funny reaction from both her and BB.

He wants to know Adam’s best story of hazing from his football days, he’s telling them about the locker cage and “Brewing” involving Ray and Chris.

Adam is talking about the tall ceilings and the prison mesh that made up “the cage” and now getting into how the lockers stuck out from against the wall.

 

Adam is sharing how Chris would piss on the guy in the cage and Gina is losing it hearing this.

Adam says they would all get arrested in todays’ world and Adam jokes about being hosed off from being whizzed on earlier in the day, no time to get peed on in the cage after Gina asks if he was ever on the wrong end of it.

 

3rd Caller Harry, he has a nice shout out for Dawson and jokes about being a voice over artist like him.

He is sharing his idea for ‘Rich Man Poor Man’ eating out of pots and pans, at home with top ramen or at a fancy restaurant where they serve things in unconventional ways in pots etc.

Adam has a funny closing comment and they move on to the game.

Adam knows the score, he has to recuse himself.

Gary tells them about the premier of the new Michael Bay movie about Benghazi that premiered in Dallas at a stadium and Adam jokes about using the stadium for Youporn if he was the owner.

Everybody guesses the score.

 

2nd Movie ‘Letters from Iwo Jima’ (2006)

BB saw the other one, Adam can’t recall and Gina takes a stab in the dark.

 

3rd Movie ‘Lone Survivor’ (2013)

Adam says e he liked the movie but didn’t love it, they all take a guess.

 

4th Movie ‘The Green Zone’ (2010)

They all once again take guesses.

 

5th Movie ‘Patton’ (1970)

Adam has a funny hardcore mention and they all guess the score.

 

6th Movie ‘The Great Escape’ (1963)

BB goes big with 100% and Gina reveals she recently saw it for the first time, BB takes the win.

BB was accepting to the message and the message was kick everyone’s ass.

They’re back from break

Marcus is making his ACS debut and he comments on the “Good Sam” stickers of his youth as he’s reading through Marcus’s bio.

Adam is asking Marcus about the way America is discussed and viewed, he talks about opportunity and what he’s been provided as a citizen of this country.

Marcus says he doesn’t pay attention to his taxes as much as other rich guys, he’s willing to pay more than his fair share.

 

Marcus is sharing why he struggles with the idea of a businessman running the country, he wants a statesperson.

Adam is talking about his theory on forcing people who don’t want job to do them, the guy too eager to take the kids up to the mountain camping is not the guy who gets the job.

Marcus is sharing how he doesn’t want to be around people who tell you how awesome they are, he mentions the Rams and Adam asks him about the show ‘The Profit.’

 

Marcus says he’s not a business expert, he’s very lucky and more of an expert about people and their psyches.

Gina has an interesting question about the show and the business owners depicted on it.

Adam shares the details of a conversation they had about Mike Cioffi and his gratitude towards Adam and he explains how he never got grabby and greedy, he talks about people undoing themselves with Jimmy Kimmel.

 

Adam is asking why people burn that bridge and don’t see value in a relationship.

 

BB talks about people who see Steve Jobs types and look to them as role models for their own choices and actions despite not yet being on that level or not ever being able to get there.

Adam talks about the autopilot of people and how everyone’s undoing is in their own hands.

Adam says you need to be willing to put in 75-80hrs per week if you start your own business.

Gina’s News – Now theme song but somehow BB didn’t fuck up edition

1st Story is on Obama’s statue of the Union address, Adam asks if there must be applause after every syllable.

Gina has a clip and Marcus comments on it, Adam jokes about wanting to franchise Guantanamo bay and start in Florida.

Marcus says Adam can open the kiosk but he wants the merchandising rights.

 

Gina plays the big finish from the speech for Adam and the gang.

Gina comments on the clapping and Adam says there needs to be a class on clapping and handshake technique in school, he riffs about bad clappers.

Adam is commenting on people who don’t clap in the audience and how he clasps even for the most unimpressive regional success at lame conventions and public appearances.

 

Adam talks about this being his final State of the union and jokes about him getting the light from the back of the room using some comedy club vernacular.

 

2nd Story is on the South Carolina Governor’s response to the speech, Adam asks if she has a parakeet in her mouth she’s trying to keep from fleeing.

Adam talks about media training and jokes about her using a feeding tube for her diet of Ensure.

Adam has BB play the clip and they mock her some more.

Adam says it’s hard to stare down the barrel of a camera and he comments on how you see people try and avoid it with movement.

 

Adam says these people giving these speeches should be in work out attire and on a treadmill, Marcus has an anecdote and Adam has a funny “I don’t remember being there” one liner.

Gary has a scene from ‘Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby’ and he comments on further on how they can use Origami and other techniques to distract these non-frequent public speakers from being uncomfortable in front of the camera.

3rd Story is on the Rams heading back to Los Angeles, Gina has an update on The Raiders staying in Oakland and he jokes about the teams fans being the difference between fans of ‘Air Supply’ and Juggalos, he says the Raiders fans have earned their reputation.

Gary some of the details on the contracts at play and Adam jokes about the teams seeing other stadiums using breakup parlance.

Adam is riffing about low quality stadiums and showing up with toy store bought supplies of diagrams and models, Hilarious commentary on the modern era of computer CAD design vs. the old Mr. Brady version of models and drawings.

 

Adam says the highlight the team coming back is taking his son to games, BB predicts the majority of the audience in attendance will be fans of the visiting teams.

Marcus asks BB about his theory and he attributes it in part to Adam and his take on Los Angeles being a transplant city.

Gina wraps the news and Adam is giving out the plugs.

Adam closes the show and BB has a funny drop from Adam describing his walk with his daughter.
