Show Summary
At the top of the show, Adam and Dr. Drew complain about all the traffic in the parking lot, and their dinner with the wives before the show. Adam also rants about the parking situation at an X-Games event downtown, and why we need to take our power back from the deputized assholes. Dr. Drew then talks about attending Rodney King’s funeral today, and Adam recalls arguing with Pamela Anderson’s publicist when she was late to a Loveline taping.
Next up, the gang answers some audience questions revolving around Peyronie’s disease, how Adam’s parents met, and what to do in Las Vegas. Alison then starts up the news with stories about the Florida Face-eater, and the boys who bullied bus monitor Karen Klein. Later they talk about the ‘leap second,’ and a woman who went to jail for warning people about a speed trap. As the show wraps up, Adam explains why he’s not a bad dad, and goes on a massive rant about cops who write chicken shit tickets.

Why is it Adam speaks for 95% of the time so the staff decides to give him the shitty microphone while Drew and Alison’s microphone is fine for the other combined 5% of the time they get to speak?

I’m consistently amazed at these Ray stories. How is it that NOBODY ever cracked this guys fucking head open when he literally deficated or pissed on someone. This must be the luckiest dude in the world.

10 years together on Love Line? You must have been too busy getting the fuel to nitro ratio correct, getting the clutch and other dragster stuff just right during those late nights to listen to a dopey radio then TV then back to radio show…

Ace pulling everything back to him. There were a few times I thought Drew was going onto something interesting and Adam holds it up to tell another old story. It’s funny, I love the stories but I think it happens way too often that the show is flowing and Adam feels the need to hold it up and relate it to him and his own life.
In the Pam Anderson story Adam and Dr. Drew weren’t even on the same page and they still dragged that on.
Anyways, love the show. Keeping the pirate ship afloat. SNIFFF

Normally I would pass on the live show, but Dr. Drew is always fun…plus maybe he’ll slip in some
bought and paid for medical advice or recommend a new anti-depressant or boner pill.
I never get tired of hearing about the tow truck story. Asshole tow truck driver just doing his job.
I’m starting to believe Dr. Drew brings up the story, and fakes, like he doesn’t know if Adam ever said it, but knowing full well he does. Or maybe he has a poor memory…no, I don’t think so.

Usually Drew is a good guest, but not this time. All he did was prod Adam into telling the same stories from 10+ years ago that we’ve heard 100+ times. The podcast can’t just be old stories or old complaints. It’s good most of the time though, so if they miss once in a while it’s no big deal.
