Show Summary

At the top of the show, Adam takes a surprise phone call from Alec Baldwin, and Alec asks Adam whether or not he cares about what people on the internet think about him. Matt Atchity is also in studio, and the guys play a Schwarzenegger-themed round of the Rotten Tomatoes Game. Adam then takes a couple fan phone calls and discusses how to impress your boss at a new job, why he and Lynette split back in the day, and whether he’ll consider a new dog once Molly passes on.

Next up, Andy Summers and Rob Giles are in studio. Adam talks with Andy about the foundations of The Police, working with Sting, and how Rob and Andy started making music together. Today’s news then opens with the announcement that the NFL goal posts have been permanently raised as part of the new ‘Adam Carolla Rule’. They also discuss the lions that were culled at the Danish zoo, and the death of the tiger who mauled Roy of Siegfried and Roy. As the show wraps up, the group talks about the split of Gwyneth Paltrow and Coldplay’s Chris Martin.
