The ACE Broadcasting Network! Amazing. You should pick up the Masters Of None podcast. Would be a perfect fit, yet way different from the other shows.
Tell Kevin to speak into the microphone! He’s doing what Donny does!
the podcast should be call “spider & the henchman talk gossip” the first two episodes were an hour of tiger talk, it sounded like an episode of tmz, i thought this was a sports podcast
I hate it when people say milk is puss. Just sounds stupid.
Dude great show but not enough of them.
Also, bring adam into more shows if you can,
i would like to hear the 3 of them just riff a bit.
But more shows for sure. This once ever now and then makes no sense.
This could battle PTi for the top spot..
hour of tennis talk? really?
sports podcats never work because they are outdated. today I listened to last fridays podcast and the “hot topics” are old news. all week long sports radio will be talking about the afc and nfc championship games and you will come along friday 5 days later
Great show, but Paul Krugman!??! Come on Hench! We have a huge crash based on over-extended credit so let’s do the exact same thing over again but instead of bank and consumer debt, let’s have government debt! We’re not going to be able to spend our way out of this one without either massive inflation or massive hikes in interest rates. It always amazes me when folks in bankrupt CA argue for more gov’t spending and taxes when their government is bankrupt and businesses are leaving due to high taxes.
Anyway I dig the show, you and Sal are a good team. I even dug Mayer Booker (whatever his policies, at least he walks the walk). But Paul Krugman lives in Candyland and to the best of my knowledge has never held any significant policy positions; probably because his ideas tend to work best in books.
So far S & H has been great especially the Cory Booker hour, I’m embarrassed to admit I’d never heard the man talk before. Impressive and so were you guys. And I liked the glimpse into the tennis world. Keep mixing it up, keep taking chances and I’ll keep listening. Thank you.
I have been a dedicated listener from the get go and every episode I hear John coughing up a lung. I know John Salley is always talking about health. Hey John, do you think all your marajuana smoking is what’s getting you congested and do you think that’s healthy?
Love the podcast, but you guys need to get a link up to Google Listen (aka, Google’s streaming audio service). Ace & the Sports Guy are on there, but I can’t get my S&H fix!
