At the top of the show, Lynette and Stefanie discuss the nostalgic mood they’ve been in recently, even though they’re not quite ready to hear the Christmas music that’s playing everywhere. They also talk about Natalia’s attitude toward Adam, and a surprise trip to Disneyland that Lynette is planning.
Greg Fitzsimmons then steps inside the studio and talks about his new game show, Pumped. Stefanie starts to discuss the mafia influence in Massachusetts where she grew up, and it reminds everyone of their favorite mafia movies. Later, the whole group speaks on the topic of cheating, and everyone speaks very openly about their feelings. As the show wraps up, Greg reflects on the passing of his friend Patrice O’Neal, and the girls talk about how mean spirited comedy roasts can be.

I love when ya’ll have him on. His honesty is so refreshing and funny!
I normally can’t stand Greg Fitzsimmons, which is unfortunate considering he is a regular guest on the Adam Carolla Show and Chelsea Lately. I am a devoted fan of both shows. However, this is the first format I found him tolerable and even, dare I say, enjoyable. Bravo Greg!
Love Fitzdog. Bring him back more often please. And, thank you L & S for being so openly honest about your personal lives. It makes good podcasting and connects with listerners.
Hi SWT and LC! And Gary,:
#1 Website shows some personality and flair. Good job Gary!
I kow LC is an expert on making t shirts.
#2 Miss the picture with the guest in studio with you guys?
#3 Any FCOL merchandise in the pipeline? Shot glass beer coozie? A simple T shirt will do.
#4 can Greg come around more more, if you pass the hat for gas money from Venice Beach? He is a fantastic guest as he is host of his own podcast!
And, most important——–
#5 So how does Bruce stay so fit at 62?
Hey Elissa-
Thanks for the nice note.. to answer some of your questions!
1) Thanks, much appreciated
2) The Ladies weren’t wild about those posed pictures but we’ll do our best to get more shots up now that the website’s back
3) Merchandise may be coming, but we can’t promise anything at this point.
4) Greg will be a returning guest absolutely
Thanks for listening.
Hi there,
Just listened to this episode and agree that Greg is a nice guest to have – rude and real and obviously into his family.
I also liked – loved – the Teresa episode, but who wouldn’t.
One criticism: you’ve got to break Lynette of her habit of saying “I know” to everything. It sounds condescending and also blase, like she has experienced everything, ever, already, and she’s tired of it. I’m sure this is not her intention. Go back and listen, it’s pretty bad. And also, stop interrupting people when they are trying to answer the question.
Aside from that, good stuff.

Hmmmm, where did my comment that I posted last week go? Interesting. .

I did watch the Charlie Sheen roast & although I can agree that some of the Patrice O’Neal jokes were pretty horrifying, it was only because I watched it after he died. It seemed to me that he must not have EVER seen a roast before for him or anyone to be shocked or taken aback in any way by those jokes.
